BECOME A MEMBER
DO YOU WANT TO MAKE POSITIVE CHANGES IN YOUR COMMUNITY AND AROUND THE WORLD?
Our club members are dedicated people who share a passion for community service, international service and fellowship.
What does it mean to be a member?
Becoming a Rotarian connects you with a diverse group of professionals, managers, business owners and community members who share your drive to give back.
Discuss your community's needs and discover creative ways to meet them. Expand your leadership and professional skills. Catch up with good friends and meet new ones. Connect with leaders from all continents, cultures, and occupations.
What organizations and events do we support or run?
The club paid for and built the Rotary Rink at the Dundas Driving Park and turned it over to the City of Hamilton. We built the Rotary Sunrise Community Garden at St. Mark's United Church which supports both individual gardeners and local food banks. We donate to the Salvation Army Food Bank, the Hamilton Jewish Services For Bank, Routes Youth Centre, Dundas Community Services, Carnegie Gallery, Navy League, Ancaster Film Fest, Dundas Valley School of Art, Dundas Junior Blues Hockey Club, Good Shepherd, St. Matthew's House, Ronald McDonald House, Socks and Skivvies Collection, High School Bursaries and Awards, Elementary School Awards and a variety of Youth Leadership Activities.
We pay for this work by raising funds through the annual Lobster Rib Fest which we run with the other Dundas Rotary club. We also run the Victoria Day Fireworks for the City of Hamilton and a spring and fall Shredding Day. We continue to look for new and innovative ways to raise funds.
Do we have fun?
Absolutely! Fellowship and fun is an intricate part of being in a Rotary club. We have social events and sweat equity work very couple of months where Rotarians and family members or guests attend.
Ready to become a member?

If you are ready to join other like minded individuals in accomplishing these goals you should let us know. The cost to be a member at this time is $150 semi annually plus the cost of breakfast which is $25 a week.
