The STamp Out Polio Club met on July 15 to celebrate its successes over our second year as a satellite club to the Dundas Valley Sunrise Rotary Club.
Our members, plus a handful of guests, enjoyed good food and fellowship as we remembered our “easy and fun” year of advocating and fundraising for the world-wide eradication of polio. (Rotarian Gwyn “joined” by Photoshop!)
The club announced our final fundraising tally for Pull for Polio 2.0: $9,782, with a cumulative total over our two years of this event at $25,222 raised for polio eradication!
Outgoing Chair, Frances Manias, ceremonially passed the club’s Rotary bell to 2025-26 Chair, Marnee Maroes, to lead us for our third year!
