It has been a fun two weeks! Many thanks to Jessica for this picture of Steve and his son and guest for our meeting, Jackson, enjoying their breakfast. Other guests have included our speaker Tom Doyle and Glen's neighbor, Herb Herauf.

Happy Dollars: George is excited about his sons' new CD release. The CD also has been nominated for a Juno award and they are eagerly waiting for further news. Phil is happy to be teaching 1st year engineering students again and has recently given his first test. Dave borrowed Joe's truck to pick up a load of manure for our community garden, which was donated by Lowes. He's pleased that he was able to wash the truck out before returning it, and that he eventually got it un-stuck from the mud created by washing it. Art borrowed Vlad's truck for the Routes Scrap Metal Drive, and thanked everyone who helped and donated. Joe won the Ti-Cats 50/50 draw and was happy, though cold, to drive to the game in a convertible. Barb is headed to Florida and will be back the end of November. Derek has been golfing and is thankful for the weather. Peter lost a bet with his wife and so got to enjoy staying in a suite on their recent holiday. Steve and Jackson were happy that it was Tuesday. Jessica is excited about her baby sister's upcoming wedding. Jan is helping with the St. James holiday house tour and is excited that the final house is now confirmed. Bob N. and his wife enjoyed a trip to Phoenix for a milestone birthday.
