Terry McGowan did his classification talk this week and reviewed for the club how he arrived at his present role with Thordon.

Terry grew up in Niagara Falls, atteding A.N.Meyer High School before going on to do chemical engineering at McMaster University. Following this experience, he worked for 20 years with a food industry company in the peninsula. Recently, Terry has joined a firm which deals with environmentally safe engineering products for the ship industry. The new water-lubricated screws are much better than their previous oil-lubricated versions. The new position has given him the opportunity to a great deal of travelling (Russia, China) and the company has just received a contract with Chile. Terry and his wife and children live on a dead end street at the western end of Pleasant Valley! :-) We welcome Terry to the club and hope that his professional and personal relationships are enhanced as a result of his membership.
